Job Description
- Comply with all company policies and regulations and International Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, FSSC 22000, KORE and WPR Policy.
- Monitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan and regularly updating the plan according to machine condition and history.
- Implementing the excellence in maintenance EXIM by executing the TIPlan on time.
- Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all required spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.
- Utilizing SAP maintenance module for managing the PM program and extracting the reports.
- Ensuring achieving the plants KPIs and the department performance measures.
- Responsible for managing all utilities (Cold stores, Boilers, Compressors, Heat exchanger- A/C -etc.)
- As a food safety (FS) team member, responsibility in the food safety team is as listed in HCP-2, in addition to any specific task assigned during the FS meeting, as deemed appropriate
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in people management in a people focused, team based environment.
- University/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Maintenance management
- High Requirements for Quality, GMP’s , Safety & Hygiene
- High level of PC literacy.
- SOP and Flowchart writing, reading and execution.
- ISO 9001, 140001 and OHSAS18001 knowledge.
- Good knowledge about the change management tools such as lean manufacturing & six sigma
