Job Description
The CRM Technical Consultant will act as a technical SME on Dynamics CRM projects (implementation, customization, migration, and upgrade). The individual will be responsible for many project aspects including extending Dynamics CRM using XRM, Javascript in addition to delegated project management tasks, The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Implements and supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Analyzes and documents business process
- Designs and implements business cycles and work-flows.
- Customizes reports using various reporting tools.
- Participates in pre-sales activities as presenting demos and writing proposals.
- Conducts trainings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, BIS, MIS or equivalent discipline.
