Job Description
Job Title: Senior Fulfilment Specialist
Department: E-commerce
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fulfillment process, including following up with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), couriers, and ensuring efficient last-mile delivery. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
This is a fast paced, day to day hands on role, handling the ecommerce store, which are the key cornerstones for the Happy Vision operations. This dynamic role is heavily invested in operations, customer experience & service levels, quality assurance, financials, and talent development.
Responsibilities:
- Confirmation of orders with customers and ensuring timely last mile delivery.
- Make sure orders are prepared in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with 3rd party stores, couriers, and last-mile delivery services for efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status, address delays, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries regarding order status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose improvements.
- Maintain records and provide regular reports on fulfilment performance.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in fulfillment operations in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in order tracking and inventory management software.
