Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative affairs.
  • Managing the calendar of the Executive President and arranging new appointments.
  • Prepare official letters.
  • Handling the office central services, which includes the office confidential documents, external & internal affairs and correspondence of letters.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the Executive President.
  • Handling the office expenses and petty cash.
  • Prepare the office purchasing forms and payments.
  • Prepare events related to the Executive President office.
  • Assist in handling any administrative inquires and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience.
  • English and Arabic Proficiency spoken and written.
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
