Job Description
Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery runs smoothly and reliably.
You may be called out to deal with a breakdown or inspect equipment as part of a maintenance schedule.
Typical duties include:
planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
responding to emergencies.
diagnosing faults.
repairing equipment and testing repairs.
creating maintenance procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering roles, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent service calls as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
