Job Description
Training & Instruction
- Conduct comprehensive, hands-on ERP training courses in accounting for French-speaking students.
- Develop and deliver instructional materials, assessments, and presentations to ensure effective learning.
- Facilitate class discussions and encourage student participation to deepen understanding and engagement.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Run diagnostic tests and enhance performance through prompt issue resolution.
- Continuously update the training curriculum with the latest ERP developments and features.
Process Documentation
- Document ERP processes and prepare progress reports to inform stakeholders of deployment status.
- Maintain records of class activities, student coursework, and progress assessments.
Curriculum Development & Customization
- Customize ERP solutions based on identified student and business needs.
- Develop curriculum plans and configure ERP system functionalities to ensure user-friendliness and relevance.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities through programming and scripting.
Student Support & Collaboration
- Offer academic counseling and tutoring support to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with faculty and colleagues on curriculum improvements, research projects, and co-curricular activities.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (both spoken and written) and capable of delivering technical instruction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred, though specific ERP training will be provided.
- Instructional Experience: Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, ideally in an ERP or accounting environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to engage and support students effectively.
