Job Description
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Building relationships and maintaining constant communication with current and potential customers.
- Preparation and pre-arrangement of any papers or documents that the client may need to conduct agreements and conclude contracts.
- A detailed explanation of all the products and services offered by the company and encouraging customers to acquire them.
- Prepare clear action plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and conduct periodic improvements on them.
Job Requirements
- from 3:5 years of experiences
- bachelor's degree required
- Hands on experience with MS Office (Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
