Job Description
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online presence
- Directly track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points - Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Lead, supervise, train and motivate members of the digital marketing team
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for
adoption where appropriate - Update the competitors market mapping and provide suggestions for improvement
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related.
- 5 years at least of proven working experience in digital marketing is a MUST.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Media Buying specially Google ads - SEO – SEM – Website – Copywriting & design and Google Analytics experience is a MUST.
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
- Understands website metrics and best practices.
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate
results. - Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
- Leadership skills include the ability to manage time effectively and handle both
internal and external conflicts.
