Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Organism meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Responsible for arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Remind the Finance director of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Full responsibility of managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Handle smooth and proper liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing expenses
Job Requirements
- Very Good English (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent Computer Skills (preferred advanced Excel)
- High reporting skills
- Presentations Skills
- High sense to urgency and priority sitting
- Multitasking and able to work under pressure
