Job Description
- Assist in scheduling meetings for the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the Chairman, along with job duties (JD) review.
- Track completed, pending, and complementary meetings.
- Prioritize important and time-sensitive subjects.
- Ensure all meetings have appropriate agendas and descriptions.
- Confirm with stakeholders, especially external ones, a day before the meeting.
- Assist in booking hotel accommodations and airfare.
- Create a full itinerary in the calendar, including location links and travel time duration.
- Prepare the Chairman’s credentials kit and keep it updated.
- Prepare necessary minutes when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication style, particularly with Board members and senior-level staff.
