Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
- Increasing, attracting, and attracting more customers
- Achieving the goals of increasing the number of shipments
- Achieving a continuous balance between demand and supply for sales, which may include merchandise, goods and services
- Managing recruitment processes in the company, especially in the sales department
- Comparison of profits and revenues
- Managing the sales team in a successful manner that seeks to achieve goals
- Writing reports on revenues and returns and submitting them to the senior management department
- Supervising the sales department staff and organizing the work team
- Building and forming good relationships with clients and understanding their strategies
- Directing and assigning tasks to the sales department staff
- Increasing the profit rate in the company
- Designing and preparing strategic operational plans aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the sales department
- Develop organizational sales strategies
- Studying the needs and requirements of the labor market, analyzing the labor market, and reaching and providing customers' needs
- Follow-up and study the labor market on a permanent basis and learn about new products and competition and be fully familiar with them
- Preparing strategic plans for sales and business development
- Pricing of services, merchandise, and merchandise provided by the company
- Develop and supervise marketing plans
- Marketing and promotion of new products, services, merchandise, and merchandise
- Preparing comprehensive management and strategic plan to manage and develop revenues, sales, and profits
