Job Description
- Work together to prioritize feedback based on urgency and add value to the product
- Categorize feedback to issues, must have, or nice to have
- Request access
- Follow up on this user that they have accepted the SSO invitation
- Set the level and language of the added user (in case of agent access role)
- Set the team id, team name, and BPO for the added user
- Request access updates
- Verify the issue by trying to replicate it on staging
- Make sure that it is not a connection issue
- Following up with operations
- Open support ticket on Twilio
- Follow up and tickets replies
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- MS SQL Database experience
- Experience establishing and maintaining client-server environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues
