Job Description
- Translate business requirements into SAP system configurations and workflows.
- Record, track, Prioritize and document the problem-solving process for incoming problem tickets including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made from end users to resolve applications and software issues within All Applications systems (SAP-CX-HXM).
- Ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs) for response time and issue resolution With Partner or Services Providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Department, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams, to resolve complex issues, implement system changes, and improve overall SAP environment.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP functionalities, best practices, and system updates, ensuring they can effectively utilize the applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and actively contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Create documentation including user manuals, training materials, and solution overviews.
- Set up organizational units, master data, accounts, currency types, posting periods, etc. in SAP Related Module
- Post software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the company intranet to assist in problem resolution.
- Perform integration testing to ensure all SAP modules and third-party sync up as expected.
- Create and run reconciliation reports between SAP modules
- Translate business requirements into SAP system configurations and workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or any related field.
- 2-4 years of equivalent work experience, SAP Certified is optional.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Platforms, such as SAP S/4HANA, and SAP FICO background is preferred.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
- Experience with ALM tools like Clickup, DevOps, etc.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
