Job Description
- Receive the purchase requests from the company departments.
- Request the necessary samples and follow up on the checks that are carried out.
- Develop purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to keep the business profitable.
- Conduct self-guided research to become familiar with what products are available as well as their costs and benefit.
- Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate policies and contracts with various suppliers.
- Manage deliveries to confirm compliance with contracts.
- Monitor stock levels and verify purchase requisitions Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers.
- Attend various conferences, supplier, and vendor interviews to stay informed about changes and advancements in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a similar field preferred.
- 0-2 Years’ experience.
- Very Good English level.
- Team Player.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
- Very good in writing e-mails and reports.
