Job Description

  • Study and analyze the real estate market
  • Searching and hunting for new clients who could benefit from our properties
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer budget and requirements
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Administering client accounts through CRM
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making powerful presentations and demonstrating how our properties fully fill client needs (corporates/individuals)
  • Providing pre-sales support and activities
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Participate in exhibitions and any real estate events
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
