Job Description
- Study and analyze the real estate market
- Searching and hunting for new clients who could benefit from our properties
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer budget and requirements
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts through CRM
- Analyzing costs and sales
- Preparing reports for head office
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making powerful presentations and demonstrating how our properties fully fill client needs (corporates/individuals)
- Providing pre-sales support and activities
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Participate in exhibitions and any real estate events
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
