Job Description
An ERP functional consultant should be able to find out the strength and weaknesses of an ERP product and try to improvise the business process instead of customizing the ERP system. An ERP functional consultant is required to know about the business environment flow and processes of a company including the betterment of each and every business process during the implementation of an ERP solution to enhance quickness in working style with more and more profitability to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Odoo ERP applications.
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshops.
- Interact with teams of developers, offshore teams then monitor and tune performances.
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
- Identify, develop, and integrate Odoo ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales, and technical consultants.
- Consult the client to collect all relevant data for implementation.
- Overall consultancy: An ERP functional Consultant provides the necessary support and overall consultancy for each and every department and even for the verticals such as Trading, manufacturing, Service, and so on…
- Training & Documentation: Functional consultant also helps organizations with training either at the client-side or Online. Proper documentation of Training needs to be prepared in order to make optimum use of ERP after implementation, including forms, workflows, processes, fields, and every other area that companies are looking out in their ERP system.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 15 Years of relative experience
- Strong business process understanding and analysis.
- Successfully implemented ERP projects with leading vendors (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Odoo experience is much preferred.
- Ability to handle customers’ resistance and conflict resolution.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
