As a part of management, responsible for applying all SHE application in his dept., and related areas.
Follow up application of preventive maintenance plans for Compressed air network, steam network, air conditions.
Reviewing controlling and analyzing daily and shift reports.
Following & analyzing troubleshooting.
Controlling break down due to mechanical problems, and updating maintenance plans accordingly.
Preparing technical specifications for local supplied and manufactured spare parts.
Submitting statistical reports about repeated section troubles, break down, spare parts and oil consumption.
Inspected all supplied items according to relevant procedures and working instructions.
Sharing in warehouse inventory.
Reviewing the quantity and quality of tools received by .
Applying training programs for technical.
Sharing in any additional jobs concerning machine performance improvement.
Issuing regular reports about troubles break down and consumed spare parts.
Establishing and controlling ISO documents and log books for all M/C’s and equipment in compressors, boilers, A/Cs.
Other required and assigned activities.

B.SC. mech. Engineering degree
Experience : 5-7 years in compressors and compressed air networks ,Boilers, Air conditions
Age : 30-35 years
English (writing and speaking) Good
Auto Cad Good.
Supervision skills Good
Presentation Good
Self control Good
Microsoft applications (Excel, word, Powerpoint,…..) Good
