Job Duties /Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer preferences & forecasting customer trends.
- Evaluating supplier options according to prices ,quality & determine the best choices.
- Discovering and purchasing new products and checking the quality and popularity of those already on the company shelves .
- Negotiating the cost of goods and services from vendors.
- Service contracts and authorization of new vendors.
- Require the issuance of purchase orders and other tracking documentation.
- Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing, reports and price lists.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven previous experience in Purchasing.
- BA in any field. preferred (studies in Commerce, Marketing, Sales or Public Relation).
- Fluent in English.
- Age (25-38).
- Owns a car.
- Computer skills and V.good in Surfing Internet.
- Good communication skills.
- Active listening and learning.
- Judgment and decision making, organization & time management.
- Should have knowledge of supply chain production and processing, customer and personal service, relevant tools and technology, applicable regulations and standards.
