Job Duties /Tasks/Responsibilities:

Identifying customer preferences & forecasting customer trends.
Evaluating supplier options according to prices ,quality & determine the best choices.
Discovering and purchasing new products and checking the quality and popularity of those already on the company shelves .
Negotiating the cost of goods and services from vendors.
Service contracts and authorization of new vendors.
Require the issuance of purchase orders and other tracking documentation.
Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
Prepare and maintain purchasing, reports and price lists.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

Proven previous experience in Purchasing.
BA in any field. preferred (studies in Commerce, Marketing, Sales or Public Relation).
Fluent in English.
Age (25-38).
Owns a car.
Computer skills and V.good in Surfing Internet.
Good communication skills.
Active listening and learning.
Judgment and decision making, organization & time management.
Should have knowledge of supply chain production and processing, customer and personal service, relevant tools and technology, applicable regulations and standards.
