Job Description
Your role will include:
- Leading the content sub-teams: the collectors’ team and the data entry team.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting the achievement of the team’s objectives.
- Building relationships and engaging with hundreds of restaurants and hotels across Egypt.
- Enriching users’ experience by ensuring the accuracy of all information published.
- Recruiting, training and mentoring junior content associates.
- Taking initiatives on a regular basis to optimize the workflow.
- Setting a positive example for the team to overachieve.
- Supporting the sales team when needed.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in content-related, project management, call-center or administrative role.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (writing and understanding).
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous about quality.
- Target-oriented and can work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in managing a team is highly valued.
- Being fast learner and flexible is valued.
