Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate information and business process requirements to translate user requirements into functional ones through “Software Requirements Specification” document.
- Communicating and agreeing on requirements then controlling change with relevant stakeholders.
- Planning, Eliciting and monitoring requirements.
- Working as part of Agile team.
- Provide practical solutions in consistence with the overall business operating model(s) and in compliance with quality standards and technical requirements to meet the business needs.
- Provide support and assistance to the development team clarifying functional requirements
- Coordinate with the testing team to assure the compliance of system with the business requirements and implementation of final solutions within the constraints of the Business Case in terms of quality, functionality and ease of use.
- Participate in user acceptance and oversee all system development life cycle activities to reach successful customer delivery.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Creating flowcharts and swim lanes diagrams for better understanding of existing or new features.
- Act as Product owner in prioritizing new requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a software Business Analyst.
- Experience in building Business Analysis artifacts as process flows, gap analysis, user stories, and others.
- Knowledge of the different software development lifecycles.
- Excellent experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Able to build partnerships and work well in teams
- Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level
- Ensure deliverables are always fulfilling the business need by conducting solution validation and verification and running user acceptance tests (UAT)
