- Work closely with content team to insure quality of web content.
- Content checking and upload, run a quality check to ensure all details are accurate.
- Reporting any issues and any possible improvements
- Checking content quality and reporting any issues and any possible improvements.
Job Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong word processing and desktop publishing skills
- Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented/accurate record keeping skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Customer-focused, highly collaborative, able to excel in a cross functional environment
- Previous Quality experience strongly preferred
