Job Description
- Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability to achieve the target margin.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Managing the Product Mix to Maximize the Company Profitability
- Maintaining Assets Utilization by the Right Mix that Improving the Company Profitability
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing
- Determine opportunity costs for various decisions on production mix.
- Evaluate and Monitor plant costs in order to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Keep monitoring each sales area and identifying trends and support the management by the recommended actions to improve the profitability
- Quantify cost targets for purchasing departments and Logistics Department not to exceed (variable costs target)
- Communicate the needed requirements and actions from other departments to insure Plan achievement
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or a related field.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to influence
- Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
