Real Estate Cold Caller Acquisition

Haven Buys Houston is a real estate investment company specializing in off-market property acquisitions. We provide homeowners with hassle-free solutions by offering cash for properties, closing quickly, and eliminating the need for repairs. We are expanding our lead generation team and are looking for highly motivated Cold Callers to join our remote sales team.

Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling to homeowners, identifying motivated sellers, and setting up qualified leads for our acquisitions team. Your role is critical in sourcing off-market deals and building our pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls using our dialer system.
• Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and determine seller motivation.
• Use a provided script to qualify prospects and ask about property details, price expectations, and selling timelines.
• Overcome objections and identify homeowners interested in selling.
• Enter detailed and accurate notes into the CRM (Podio).
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups scheduled.
