Job Description
- Effectively communicate with the job candidates and team members.
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to discuss openings and the future needs.
- Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting including: cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
- Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in each of our geographic areas.
- Track and maintain candidate progress through our CRM
- Network and build relationships with candidates.
- Initiate phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
- Assist with other recruiting projects as necessary.
- Be part of a team that truly enjoy working together.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, Call Center background is highly preferable.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Word and Excel
