Job Description

  • Effectively communicate with the job candidates and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with recruiters to discuss openings and the future needs.
  • Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting including: cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
  • Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in each of our geographic areas.
  • Track and maintain candidate progress through our CRM
  • Network and build relationships with candidates.
  • Initiate phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
  • Assist with other recruiting projects as necessary.
  • Be part of a team that truly enjoy working together.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, Call Center background is highly preferable.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Word and Excel
