▪ Responsible of the music teaching at the preschool and monitor that each child's growth is promoted and enriched, ensuring that the lessons & activities provide inclusive, developmentally, and culturally appropriate learning experiences.
▪ Always have her/his classroom prepared before the lesson, by gathering and setting up equipment / instruments to be ready for children before they come into the session.
▪ Instruct the children in the proper care and use of each instrument and material.
▪ Actively participate in the creation of the yearly events’ calendar, proposing innovative new ideas that provides both educational and entertainment aspects to the children.
▪ Working experience with music education and programs for children.
▪ Ability to research latest developments in the field of music & movement education for children to upgrade own knowledge and skills.
▪ Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
▪ Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
▪ Effective problem-solving abilities with a high degree of patience & resilience, and robust capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
▪ Remarkable professional work ethics & business sense, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and commitment.
▪ Act as a role model in punctuality & attendance, with the flexibility to work extra hours, occasional evenings, or weekends to meet the needs of the overall program.
