Job Description
- Creating annual material plan according to S&OP process.
- Evaluating and forecasting material requirements using software systems (based on BOM list)
- Creating PRs to cover required material based on demand planning.
- Following suppliers’ requirement in lead time and MOQ to ensure delivery in right time and right qty.
- Following company policy in safety stock, EOQ and inventory level.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Coordinating with production and purchasing teams to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Monitoring inventory closely and constantly.
- Maintaining turnover ratio.
- Implementing strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses
- Conducting regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments
- Working closely with cross-functional teams for product development and production planning
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the faculty of Engineering (production, mechanical) or studied supply chain.
- Perfect in Excel.
- ERP System.
- 3 to 7 years of experience.
