Job Description

Job Purpose:

It will mainly be responsible for CAPAs follow-up and product technical complaints handling.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Product Technical Complaint handling

  • Participate in investigating, root cause identification and CAPA identification for all product customer complaints.
  • Conduct semi-annual trending for Product technical complaints.

Responsible for CAPAs follow up :

  • Follow up the CAPAs implementation on a monthly basis.
  • Follow up CAPA effectiveness review for relevant CAPAs.
  • Participate in CAPA definition with the area owner for findings identified during audits, inspections and annual quality reviews.
  • Conduct semi-annual trending for all CAPAs identified in the site.

Third-Party Supplier complaints Events Handling:

Participate in investigating, root cause identification and CAPA identification for Third-Party supplier complaints events.

Job Requirements

Job Holder Entry Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Related Experience: 6 months - 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Ability to co-ordinate several inter-departmental activities.
  • Good command of MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
  • Validation theories, methodologies.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
