Job Description
- Execution of offers and orders, study carefully the specifications of the elevators/ escalators in the contract and ensure that the configuration is made properly in the systems.
- Use of all the Schindler applications (SCOPE, Drive Calculation, SPOT, PO database, Traffic analysis, SEOS, etc).
- Receive & ensure that the order release form is signed prior to any order release.
- Track all the orders and ensure the delivery dates.
- Submit and maintain the tracking system & engineering database, keep the necessary records to ensure traceability.
- Performing site inspections and the introduction of resulting measures, if necessary.
- Performing technical clarifications in collaboration with involved groups and assessment of feasibility results, evaluation and definition of suitable components based on customer requirements specification.
- Claim processing
- Support and consultation the customers/internal groups for sales and/or installation in technical and business questions
- Make all the quotations requested by the sales engineers and Zone Managers.
- Participate actively in the cost calculation of the sales price list.
- Participating in the development and implementation of new tools/ software to control the orders.
- Creation of project drawings for technical support of sales/MOD according to guidelines and standard requirements.
- Consultation for the customer and internal groups in collaboration with the mechanical and/or electrical system engineers.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.sc of Engineering Preferable (Mechanical - Electrical )
- Knowledge: Auto CAD
- Skills: Excellent English is a must
