Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Clients
- Assist in compiling requirements for clients' marketing plans and marketing assets
- Keep close control and update for clients' promotional stock, collaterals, and marketing Assets.
- Assist in updating client’s Expenses Vs. Budgets
- Handle communications between co., partners, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain strong business relation with Airlines, Travel Trade and Corporate in the assigned geographical zone
- Assist in preparing Clients' digital marketing/Social Media, news and branding inquiries & requests.
- Handles all marketing issues between co., suppliers, contacts, and clients
- Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, cost breakdowns and budgets.
- Follow-ups with clients, contacts, and suppliers
- Assist in the implementation of clients approved Business plans & activation
- Conduct meetings, calls and market visits to gather feedback, identify trends, train counter staff and assist in managing all on ground marketing activities from a simple workshop to complex Road Shows
- Assist in preparing all related client’s reports & presentations to be submitted to AM and/or SAM before submission to client
- Add and update all contacts/companies on CRM - schedule and clear activities on CRM
- Keep accurate up to date filing system for the Client & accurate trace systems for current and past projects
Company
- Monitor clients' competition and report to AM or SAM
- Assist in conducting periodical data base validation and general CRM update
- Compile trade relative news for media monitoring reports
Job Requirements
- 1 – 3 years background experience in Public Relations, Media, Social Media, Communication and Presentations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Age between 25 and 30
