Job Description
- Oversee educational research aimed at providing new directions for the educational system
- Responsible for ensuring the high quality curriculum and assessment delivery of the company’s programs and courses, in line with relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor and mentor the education department, and pursue excellence and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the creation and operation of the daily
- Lead organization wide initiatives such as organizing training programs, technical workshops.
- Engage in capacity/resource planning in coordination with other Education team members
- Lead initiatives to improve current processes such as hiring, on boarding, career development as well as new processes to improve the organization.
Job Requirements
- BA in a related college is a must. (Education, Arts, Alsun, etc.)
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.) is Must
- Teaching experience minimum 5-7 years.
- At least 2 year managerial experience minimum is a must.
- English fluency is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Flexibility and commitment are required.
- Maximum age 40
