Job Description
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the sales Field minimum of 4 years
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to Work in a dynamic environment
- Project management Skills ( From a stakeholder Point of view)
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Drive team performance to reach KPIs and Targets
- Previous experience in software is preferred.
- Working Conditions:
- Location: Alexandria, Egypt.
- Working days: Five days a week, with weekends off (Friday and Saturday).
