Job Description

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Prospect for new business: Research and identify decision-makers at target companies in F&B, retail, and other blue-collar sectors across MENA
  • Outbound lead generation: Execute cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Qualify and nurture leads: Assess prospect fit, understand their HR management challenges, and communicate Bluworks’ unique value.
  • Book meetings: Secure discovery calls and product demos for our account executives with high-potential customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to refine messaging and optimize outreach.
  • Pipeline management: Keep CRM records up-to-date with prospect notes, activity, and progress, supporting accurate forecasting and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, lead generation, or business development experience (ideally in SaaS, HRTech, or B2B).
  • Experience in customer support or customer-facing roles is also highly valued—you’re comfortable communicating with clients and solving their needs.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with fluency in English (Arabic a big plus).
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and hungry to exceed targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong research, organization, and CRM/data-entry skills.
  • Confidence in cold outreach — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or send the first message.
  • Knowledge of HR, workforce management, or blue-collar sectors is a strong advantage, but not required.
