Tactical is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who’s ready to join our creative OG's. You’ll be part of the Creative team, so you’ll need to bring the flair, ideas and skills to deliver game-changing experiences.
This is an opportunity to be part of something epic, so we want someone who thinks big.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files and cat pictures on the central storage space
- Work across multiple projects and pitches simultaneously
- Respond to in-house & client feedback in a professional and timely manner
Job Requirements
As part of the visual core of the agency, you will be expected to:
- Have experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and After Effects. Animation skills is a HUGE plus (if you have references of this make sure you show us)
- Strong visual and conceptual skills are essential. You will be judged by your portfolio. This must be coupled with technical ability behind the computer and a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, pushing design thinking and working with different visual styles
- Be up to date with current design trends and always on the lookout for new techniques, styles and cool, shiny tricks
- Be familiar with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms. Know the technical specifications and best practices for each of them
- Love working as part of a creative team, bouncing ideas off of each other to produce the best possible work. You will participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions, so communication is key
