Job Description
- Network supervision 24/7 to assure immediate alarm and problems detection.
- First line of analysis and troubleshooting for detected problems.
- Dispatching, Escalation and notification for problems and interacting with different support team.
- Following up until the end solution of the problem Adhere to SLAs committed and ensure proper follow up of network faults until closure
- Ensure problems reporting, periodical reporting.
- Assuring the maximum level of network availability.
- Produce regular reports on the status of the network in a timely manner with up to date information on the evolving network.
- Manage shift members daily work and performance.
- Responsible for notification and escalation during shift.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from communication department with graduation grade Good or above
- Have an background Knowledge in Manage service field and mobile network alarms troubleshooting for (BSS, TX or Core nodes) is a must .
- Good knowledge for 2G/3G/TX/ Core Network architecture.
- Good communication skills
- Team work, Coordination, Reporting Skills, ability to self study.
- Very good in English
