Job Description

  • Develops and implements Finance/Accounting plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate
  • Finance strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Providing and interpreting financial information.
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
  • Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts.
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
  • Other duties may be assigned later.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar field in industrial companies, preferably in FMCG.
  • Good analytical skills and costing and industrial costing awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience in ERP Oracle E- Business suite.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Good command of MS.
