Job Description
- Develops and implements Finance/Accounting plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate
- Finance strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Managing budgets.
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Other duties may be assigned later.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar field in industrial companies, preferably in FMCG.
- Good analytical skills and costing and industrial costing awareness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience in ERP Oracle E- Business suite.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS.
