Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and organizing financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions and support audit processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper allocation of expenses and adherence to company policies.
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information and provide necessary support.
