Skills And Tools:
- Act as the subject matter expert in all issue related to the Platform processes.
- Handle, review and guide the clients through the back end operation process for all transaction on the platform.
- Process & review all booking related documentation on the platform and store it as hard copy in safe location.
- Review clients requests and resolve them to achieve customer satisfaction through email, phone or the platform.
- Regular follow up calls for clients to increase their usage on the platform.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- 0-2 years experience preferably in banking operations.
- Basic knowledge of finance and banking.
- High literacy in computer and passion for technology.
- Good command of English Language.
- Ability to multitask and willingness to learn new stuff.
