Job Description

  • Act as the subject matter expert in all issue related to the Platform processes.
  • Handle, review and guide the clients through the back end operation process for all transaction on the platform.
  • Process & review all booking related documentation on the platform and store it as hard copy in safe location.
  • Review clients requests and resolve them to achieve customer satisfaction through email, phone or the platform.
  • Regular follow up calls for clients to increase their usage on the platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • 0-2 years experience preferably in banking operations.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and banking.
  • High literacy in computer and passion for technology.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to learn new stuff.
