Job Description
- Develop a policy for fixed assets and apply the necessary procedures to achieve it and its documentary cycle.
- Registering fixed assets in the system after ensuring that the actual costs of the asset and ownership documents are recorded
- Establish and print barcodes on existing and new assets.
- Full experience in creating a fixed assets register.
- Follow up asset's status and depreciation calculation start date of.
- Experience in fixed assets physical count process, matching the results with the general ledger, analyzing the results, and conducting these operations periodically.
- Knowledge of fixed assets disposal's processing also capital gain or loss treatment.
- Participation in setting the company’s capital budget.
- Reviewing contracting contracts, contractors' payments, receiving letters of guarantee covering down payment, reviewing contractor's interim invoices, deducting social insurance, and performance letter of guarantee.
- Track project costs in the Projects Under Construction account and close these accounts in the fixed assets accounts once the relevant projects are completed.
- Conduct periodic impairment of intangible assets.
- Preparing real estate tax returns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Practical experience as a senior accountant in the field of fixed assets for at least 3 years.
- MS Excel computer skills.
- Familiarity with the skills of working on the SAP ERP System, especially the FA Module
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
