Job Description
- ِAnalyize the current market and improve the sales plan
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules of visits
- Report on all sales leads and closed deals.
- Supervise the sales team and provide ongoing coaching, support to the team to enable them to do their jobs as expected
- Creating new sales channels and expand company customer's base with new clients.
- Build a solid system to promote long-lasting customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
- Follow up the sales team daily visits to the clients, ensure they're aware of their targets, and achieving the targets.
- Solve any issue faces the sales team with the distributors and retailers finding proper solution manners
- Conducting visits with the sales team to assess their real performance
Job Requirements
- B.A in any discipline
- Experience is not less than 5 years in the sales field, preferably to be in lubricants or automotive spare parts
- Sales certificate is a must and aware of the sales process and techniques
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability prioritize his tasks and meeting the deadline
