Job Description
- · Overall Responsible for quality control activities on the project ensure implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, inspection and testing plans, close coordination with Customer’s representative at site. ·
- He shall be fully aware of International and Saudi Aramco desk top standard. ·
- liaise and report project quality assurance manager for project quality control matters. ·
- Assigning quality control personnel to various areas of activities. ·
- Monitor inspection progress, Guide QC supervisors for review reports, documentation, verify upon completion of the work. ·
- Monitor day to day cases of GAS’s quality issues, and Quality complaints in accordance with the approved quality plan. · Review and approve as necessary, quality control related procedure. ·
- Oversee the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspector’s daily inspections logbooks.
- Controlling NCR's., prepare / review monthly reports, TWLA. CQI, Inspection log s PQI etc. ·
- Response of LBE, NCR's, weekly meetings entries , follow-up with constructions for outstanding issues. · Ensure QC weekly and monthly reporting to QA manage
Job Requirements
- University Degree Mechanical background Minimum 10 years Quality Control Inspection experience in oil and GAS.
