Job Description
Logistics/Express AR Accountant
- Maintain up-to-date logistics/express billing system
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries
- Communicate with franchisees and customers via phone, email etc.
- Collect data and prepare monthly sales report
- Follow up on deposits made by franchisees and customers
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Job Requirements
- Finance or Accouting major with Bachelor degree or above
- Candidates from logistics / courier industry are preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
