Job Description
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
- Manage all employee benefits (health and social insurance programs.)
- Supervise HR administrations (Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Payroll inputs, onboarding, terminations, HRIS entries)
- Provides effective query handling and problem solving for HR processes and policies
- Executes and maintain communication and engagement tools
- Supervise in the Pre-boarding / on-boarding and Off-boarding program of company’s Joiners
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Act as a project manager for specific HR projects internally and externally with all the related parties
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
- Implant HR agenda & implement solutions to both business and HR strategy and goals
- Ensure that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities.
- Identify areas of labor relations risks and propose solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process for key business positions and employees so as to ensure the recruitment of high caliber individuals.
- Plan and develop the suite of training and development programmers which are appropriate for each type and level of employee and Partner for inclusion within relevant appraisals process.
- Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
- Previous experience working as an HR Director for 5 years and overall experience from 8 to 15 years.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Supervisory experience
- Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) will be an advantage
- Has experience in companies in the range of 500 to 1,000+ employees.
- Experience in manufacturing/ retail is highly preferred.
