Job Description

  • Establishes and maintain the Company’s strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information and analyzed ledgers and managed all company financial posting for organization.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing the Real Estate Company annual budget/business plan, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  •  Proactively promote and seek opportunity to reduce expenses, streamline project approval processes and optimize space across the portfolio. 
  •  Lead disciplined financial decision making with appropriate use of tools and metrics that support sound business and investment decisions across the Real Estate disciplines. 
  •  Establish, implement, maintain and ensure adherence to all standard methods, policies and processes for the Real Estate Company transaction management and lease administration.
  •   Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as applicable pertaining to the facility and the safety 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Previous experience as a general manager in real estate and Construction Company.
  • +20 years’ proven experience in construction and real estate field.
  • Excellent managerial Skills.
