Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools (mention specific tools if applicable, e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Perform performance testing and load testing to ensure software scalability and stability.
• Conduct API testing to verify proper integration between different systems.
• Develop and execute test plans for new features and functionalities.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs and defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear and accurate QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in product development meetings and provide valuable QA insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech, BE, MCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a QA Manager or Lead Tester role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies across the SDLC.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools (mention specific tools if applicable).
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools is a plus.
• Experience with API testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant QA certifications.
