Job Description
.Communicate, track and monitor development activities to make sure that Product is delivered on time with high quality.
.Conduct Requirements review, code review for developers and create high- & low-level design for the application architecture.
.Participate in and lead the development and testing phases.
.Ensure the DevOps lifecycle and mindset within team
.Enable code quality tools and clean code implemented
.Participate in coding and refactoring with the team members
.Fully resolve technical issues including performance and functionality issues. And resolve production problems and software release issues
.Work closely with the Product manager to report issues and Product status of modules.
Job Requirements
.Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
.6+ years of relevant work experience.
.2 years’ experience in leading development teams.
.Leads and guides a team of software engineers specializing in .NET development.
.Excellent Knowledge and Experience of OOP concept and Microsoft - platforms including .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server and SharePoint is preferable
.Experience and knowledge in Software Architecture and Design.
.Excellent knowledge of typescript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML 5
.Teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact and .communicate successfully with business partners and development teams.
.Inspires the trust and respect of the team members and stimulates -production within the workplace through effective leadership skills.
.Enforces coding standards, conducts code reviews, and ensures quality assurance.
.Documents technical specifications, system designs, and architectural decisions.
.Collaborates and communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
