Job Description
- Review project plans and assess the woodwork, including dimensions and required accessories, etc.
- Ensure the safety of delivered materials on-site and that they are properly packaged and stored safely.
- Distribute materials from the on-site warehouse to the designated areas in the project for proper installation.
- Constant coordination with the general contractor under the supervision of the company’s management to create a work plan for installations according to site readiness
- Coordinate with the factory's production management and contribute to the production planning process, prioritizing according to the needs of each project
- Study the approved technical drawings to ensure they match the materials delivered to the site, then receive the installed work from the installation technicians to hand over to the consultant.
- Protect the installed work from any damage due to other ongoing activities on-site until the project is delivered
- Attend all site visits with the consultant and document their comments to address them
- Ensure the availability of all necessary materials and tools on-site to avoid any deviations in the delivery schedules.
Job Requirements
- Relevant higher education degree or experience in finishing work
- Skills in managing and organizing workers and technicians
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work within a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license
