Job Description
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services.
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in IT.
- Familiarity with CCNA and MCSA concepts is required.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
