Job Description
- Optimize the manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Diagnose problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Follow HSE instructions in his production area.
- Follow environmental protection instruction in his area specially dealing with waste management.
- Follow company policies (Food safety, HSE, environmental, sharp control and entrance of production hall).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- 0-1 years of experience.
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Very good English Skills
- Must be team oriented and self-directing.
- Attention to details.
- Good hand eye coordination and mechanically inclined.
- Great attendance and performance.
