Job Description
Main Duties:
- Carrying out site surveys
- Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
- Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables; recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
- Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Traveling to execute site actions
- Providing technical guidance to technician teams
- Working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team
- Managing tasks and attending regular meetings to discuss the best way to move projects forward
- Preparing high-quality written reports and presentations for management and customer review
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards of quality
- Coordinate with operation and maintenance center for site access approval, alarms and closing the site after actions are done
Job Requirements
