Job Description
- Managing activities including Product Development, Project Management, Food Safety & Quality Management System, Budgeting, Production Planning, Customer Support, and Cost Optimization.
- Meeting production schedules while holding production costs in check, bringing about significant reductions and deploying process improvement strategies; successfully handled production of fresh milk.
- Managing the entire Operations, conducting internal process quality audits, overseeing the maintenance of production lines, conducting tests for checking the quality of products and maintaining working standards as per requirements and standardization.
- Achieve unit's production and profitability objectives, proven competencies in judiciously managing manpower, machines and materials resources to generate maximum operational efficiency as well as.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Dairy production/processing is a MUST. (pasteurized milk, fresh milk, yogurt).
